Underlying assumptions or critical constraints
Methods

Biological need
Without this position, the Burns-Paiute Tribe would be unable to continue their needed attendance at meetings that would give them the expertise to properly mitigate for fish and wildlife losses within their region. In the past two years, since the inception of this position, the Tribe has gained knowledge of its losses as well as the resources available to thei-n in order to i-nitigate for these losses.
Critical uncertainties
Whether or not the continued attendance at meetings would afford the Tribe the ability to fully mitigate for their losses.
Summary of expected outcome
That the position would call to the region's attention the need for i-nitigation within the boundaries of the Tribes fish and wildife losses. It would also provide the necessary knowledge for the Tribe to obtain the possible funding to carry through the needed mitigation for such losses.
Dependencies/opportunities for cooperation

Risks
